In early August, South Gloucestershire Leisure
hosted an international drumming workshop,
attended by over 100 people.
Run by HumDrumStrum, the workshop gave
people the chance to play drum and percussion
instruments from Africa, South America, the
Middle East, Asia and Australia.
The essence of 'Engage' is to enhance our
understanding of how diversity enriches our
culture, and music is a really good example of
this.
