What is the Engage 2004 Privacy Policy?

Our policy regarding the information we hold about you and/or your organisation is as follows:

• Your personal information is used STRICTLY to inform you of the latest Engage 2004 news, event and activities updates, and for communication regarding organisation or administration of Engage 2004.

• Your details WILL NOT be passed on to any third parties without your prior consent.

• You may at any time request to know what personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Please note however, for security reasons, we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

• If at any time you decide not to receive any further information from Engage 2004 after you register, you will be able to remove your details by contacting us.

• Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and/or your organisation. We will NEVER materially change our policy without making you aware of them through email, letter or via our website.
 

What if I don't want my image to appear in Engage 2004 media?

For the purposes of record keeping, Engage will write reviews, record video footage and take photographs at activities and events that we are directly, or indirectly involved in.

These will appear on our website and in our publications, and under normal circumstances we ask permission of the people whose images will appear there.

On occasions where it is not possible to seek everyone's permission individually, such as at the Engage Festival Day, our policy is to use any images and narrative we have recorded, as required.

However, we do appreciate that you may not always want your image published in this way. If at any time you wish to have your image(s) removed from the website, or publications, please contact us and let us know which website page or publication contains the images you wish removed.

We will remove the image(s) as soon as possible, and inform you when it has been done.

NOTE:
1. All images used on the Engage website, or in Engage publications, are © Engage, or used by kind permission of participating individuals and/or organisations.
2. The photos can be downloaded for personal use at any time, BUT cannot be reproduced in any way for the purposes of promoting any other organisation other than Engage, UNLESS permission has explicitly been granted beforehand.
